Ceiling Rail System: ideal for small and medium sized studios. With aluminium alloy rail, pantograph, trolleys standard process

Assemble instruction

Rail includes fixed rail and movable rail has upper tyough and nether trough.

Fixed rail: Insert fixing plate to upper trough of fixed rail about 0.8m distance and fix on ceiling. The fixed rail should be horizontal with ceiling. If any lean, please try to rectity. The distance between two fixed rail should not be longer than 1.8m

Movable rail :Double trolley should be connected between nether trough of fixed rail should and upper trough of movable rail. Please ensure moveable trough side smoothly.

Pantograph :Assemble trolley in nether trough of moveable rail, Flash head connect on the adapter with safety cable to lock it.Flex pantograph to adjust height of flash light.

Adjust setting to locate freely according to load weight. The maximum load weight for one pantograph is 10kg.

Cable carriage: Assemble with movable rail and nether trough of fix rail accordng to the position and distance of power sokket.

Power cable:hung on pantograph and locked with nylon agraffe. Please keep enough length for moving.

End stopper: set in both end of rail.

Installation notice

All bolts and nuts mustbe locked tightly and regularly.

Wires and cables are damageable,please use shesheathed wires and pay more attention.

Safety belt must be tied when altitude installation

If the studio with diagonal or spire rooftop, please connect extension with fixing plate and keep fixed rail horizontal.

Maintenance serivce

This product has 1 year warrant period. Repair fee will be charged for man-made damage and replaced spare parts.

Pantograph with flash light& accessories,

otherwise the counterspring will be easy to

deviate and damaged when operating.

For concrete ceiling,please use 8mm expansion screw to fix.

For wooden ceiling, please use 5mm self-tapping screw.

Adjust pantograph

Please use screwdriver to adjust pantograph to appropriate position according to pointed direction.
