We have a model of mini waterjet cutting machine L0808, it is gantry structure and the dimension is 800mm*800mm, and there are many other cases of small water jet cutting machine, such as 1000mm*1000mm, 1300mm*1300mm 1500*1500mm and so on.
Our abrasive water jet machine also can be very big(details see‘Large Gantry Type’), We've done a lot of cases, such as 2000mm*6000mm,4000mm*8000mm,3000mm*12000mm, the largest waterjet machine we have built that can be transported is 4000mm*12000mm.
Not only the X & Y axis can be designed as your requirements, but also the Z axis (150mm-1000mm).
L4020 MAX5 water jet cutting machine can cut almost every material.
L4020 MAX5 water jet cutting machine for stone is composed with cutting table, HP pump, CNC control system with water jet cutting software, cutting head, HP water valve, and sand controlling system. Auto abrasive feeding system and water cooling system are needed. It is our standard (basic) configuration.
You can choose optional systems such as water softening system, auto sludge removal system, hydraulic loading system, oil cooling and etc according to your requests.
Water jet cutting machine for alloys and stone. L4020 means the stone waterjet cutting machine cutting table effective cutting size is 4.0*2.0m. Max 5 is our cutting head with 45 degree beveling angle.
