1).Processing:Our Ptfe Coated Fabric using high quality imported fiberglass cloth as base material,then the fiberglass goes through a series of processes including steeping,drying and sintering to form a kind of heating resisting cloth. 2).Specifications:

  3). Characteristics a.Excellent temperature resistance:continuous working from -100°F to +500°F (-73°C ~ +260°C) b.Non stick:Hard to adhere any material;easy to clean. c.Good chemical resistance:acid, alkali, aqua fortis and various kinds of organic liquid corrosion; and it almost to resisting all kinds of medicament. d.Anti-deformed&substantial:Elongation coefficient less than 5%. e.Electrical insulation: With Permittivity of 2.6, less than 0.0025 of dielectric loss tangent. It possess a unique electrical insulation property.

Applications:

1.Used as various of liners to resist high temperature, such as microwave liner, oven liner, food drying or other liners. 2.High insulation of electric: insulating belt of electric, septa, cushion, gasket. High frequency plank coated with copper. 3.Heat resisting envelope, enswathing of heat insulation. 4.Binding of all sorts of petroleum and chemical pipeline to resist eroding, environmental sulfur separating of exhaust gas of electric factory. 5.It could be made into static resisting fabric.
